Shipping
All orders are shipped from Canada and are processed within 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Aqua Magic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance.
If you do not receive your package, contact us at service@aquamagic.ca or call our Service Department Team at 450-227-7737.
Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Contact our Service Department Team at 450-227-7737 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA numbers are void after 30 days of their issuance. Please include a copy of the invoice to help expedite your return. Credits will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
Required Information for Return Authorization
So that we can process your return as quickly as possible, please provide us with the following information:

Sale Invoice number

Part number
If the item is defective for Warranty Claim:

Provide us with the details of the problem your are experiencing

If possible, attach pictures of any damage caused or any error codes

Serial number
If the part is not what you ordered:

Provide pictures of the labels on the item as well as a picture of the item itself, include part number, serial numbers and any other pertinent information that may be on the packaging. This will help us identify what you received.

If the item was shipped to you in error:

We may arrange for the wrong item to be sent back to Aqua Magic

The correct item will be shipped out to you

If you ordered the wrong item:

The item must be shipped prepaid

The item must be unopened and uninstalled to receive credit

Correct item will be shipped as a new order.

Once you have provided us with the requested information, we will review your request and notify you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Please note that there my be instances weither it is not required to return the item back to us. We will notify you about this as well after the information sent has been reviewed.
If your have any additional questions, comments, or concerns, please include this with the information in the email back to us regarding your return.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Cartons, bags or labels are torn

Items have been unpacked and repacked without original packing materials.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment, within a certain number of days.
