Warranty 

The Client benefits from the warranty offered by the manufacturer. We invite you to visit the respective manufacturer’s website for warranty details. 

 

Procedure 

Call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  

An email will be sent out with the steps to follow: 

  • The RMA # must be clearly visible on the return box. Any product returned without an RMA may be rejected;  
  • A copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned product;  
  • In certain cases, a picture sent by email may be required instead of sending the part back;  
  • Proof of installation (service invoice) by a certified technician must be provided;  
  • The manufacturer will not fulfill warranty without proof of installation;  
  • Return the product, at your expense, for warranty evaluation;  
  • Credit, replacement, or repair will be at the discretion of the manufacturer.
