Terms and conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Aquamagic Depot. By submitting your order through www.aquamagicdepot.com, you agree to these Terms. Aquamagic Depot reserves the right to amend these Terms before accepting an order. 

1. Prices 

Prices exclude shipping, handling, insurance and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. 

2. Payment Terms 

Orders are processed only upon receipt of full payment. 

3. Taxes, Shipping Charges & Fees 

Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties and tariffs. Additional charges may apply for rural or remote locations. 

4. Order Acceptance, Changes & Cancellations 

Cancellation requests should be submitted immediately and cannot be guaranteed. Aquamagic Depot may refuse or cancel any order. 

5. Shipping, Delivery & Damage Claims 

Report damaged, incorrect, missing or defective products by email within five (5) business days of delivery and include photographs. Verbal claims are not accepted. Responsibility ends upon carrier proof of delivery. Once the package is verified delivered to the correct address by the carrier, it is then the customer's property on their physical property. 

6. Return Policy 

The Return Policy is not a warranty. Returns must follow the Merchandise Return Procedure. 

7. Merchandise Return Procedure 

Most unused products may be returned within 30 days. Used, tried or hooked up/installed products or any items marked as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. Contact contact@aquamagicdepot.com for return authorization before shipping items back. Buyer shall bear all responsibility for shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit to Aquamagic Depot.

9. Restocking Fees 

20% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% (minimum $20) restocking and handling fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

10. Warranty 

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. Aquamagic Depot provides a 30-day limited warranty against defects unless otherwise excluded. 

11. Disclaimer of Warranty 

Except as expressly stated, all other warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

12. Limitation of Liability 

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. 

13. Parts & Professional Installation 

Products should be professionally installed. Customers are responsible for compatibility. 

Any sales, technical or installation-service advice provided by this website, via email to you or our staff over the phone, may not be construed to authorize or suggest anything but professional installation-service. Any sales, technical, or parts suggestions made to you via email or over the phone, may not be construed to authorize or suggest that the part is correct for the application you intend to use it, it is your sole responsibility to ensure the compatibility and suitability of the part you are purchasing is correct for your application.   

Spa equipment is intended to be professionally installed, serviced; improper use or installation could result in injury, fire or death. Aquamagic Depot assumes no liability for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages or losses resulting from the use of any products purchased on our website.
