Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:  

Please allow 3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way!  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  

Orders are generally shipped in Canada within 3 business days using Canada Post's with delivery standard from 3 to 9 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of a maximum of $20.00 CAN applies to orders. There is free shipping for orders of $200.00 CAN and up. 

For the United States, orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using carriers with delivery standard from 3 to 9 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of a maximum of $20.00 USD applies to orders. There is free shipping for orders of $200.00 USD and up. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@aquamagic.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
